The use of the services offered on the YieldRate Lab Website and App, as well as the subscription to them, implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms by the user (hereinafter, "User").
By registering and using the services, the User agrees that their personal data will be incorporated into YieldRate Lab’s files and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
YieldRate Lab is the owner of both the Website and the App, and both are interconnected. Any reference to YieldRate Lab in these terms will be valid for both environments.
Only individuals over the age of eighteen (18) may access and contract these services. The contract may only be formalized in Spanish.
YieldRate Lab is not a betting house. Bets cannot be placed directly from the App or the Website. It is a service for statistical analysis and generation of sports recommendations focused on tennis, based on proprietary mathematical models.

YieldRate Lab does not guarantee economic benefits. The recommendations are based on proprietary data and calculations, but the User is responsible for every decision made.
To access the YieldRate Lab service, the User must create a personal account. The subscription is activated only after payment, not by simple registration. The process is as follows:
Once the payment is completed, the User will have access to the paid content. At that moment, the service is considered to have been provided. The User will receive a confirmation email. If a receipt is desired, it can be requested through the support channel.
YieldRate Lab offers two types of subscriptions:
Both prices include all applicable taxes. There is a referral system that allows a 20% discount for both the new user and the referring user, as long as the referred user keeps their subscription active. Prices may be modified by YieldRate Lab.
Existing users will keep their rate until they cancel. If they wish to reactivate their account later, the current price will apply. To qualify for the guarantee, the User must have made a minimum of 200 bets since the moment of their active subscription.
YieldRate Lab allows subscription payments through the following methods:
Payments made with card or PayPal are set to automatic renewal, unless the User specifies otherwise in their account before the next billing cycle. In the case of cryptocurrency payments, renewal is not automatic. YieldRate Lab will contact the User three (3) days before the expiration date to facilitate manual service renewal and prevent any interruption.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the chosen payment method is operational at the time of payment. In case of a failure to renew, access to the service will be suspended until payment is regularized.
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed according to the chosen plan (monthly or semi-annual), unless the User requests cancellation before the next renewal date. The User may perform the following actions at any time:
By formalizing the subscription to the service, the User expressly agrees that, in accordance with Article 103(a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, they will not have the right of withdrawal once they have access to the contracted digital content.
The User declares and consents that access to sports recommendations occurs immediately after subscription, which means the contract is considered fully executed from that moment. Therefore, the User acknowledges that they lose the right to withdraw once they have accessed such content.
YieldRate Lab reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or reject any subscription, even after it has been confirmed, and/or delete a user account, without any entitlement to compensation, in the following cases:
The User acknowledges that participating in sports betting involves inherent risks, including the possibility of financial losses. YieldRate Lab provides information and recommendations for informational purposes only.
Although the strategies are based on statistics and mathematical models, no specific outcome is guaranteed. Past results do not ensure future performance.
The User is solely responsible for their decisions and actions regarding the bets placed.
We recommend betting responsibly and never investing more than what you are willing to lose. If the User believes they may be developing problematic gambling behavior, it is recommended to seek professional help or assistance from organizations specialized in gambling addiction.
YieldRate Lab reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, or content of the Website, the App, and these General Terms.
Any changes will be communicated to the User via email notification to the address registered on their account. Additionally, notices may be provided through visible announcements within the App or the Website.
The User will have the right to review the proposed changes. If they do not agree with the new terms, they may cancel their subscription without penalty before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after notification will constitute acceptance of the new General Terms. The current version of the Terms and Conditions will be permanently available on the App and the Website.
All communications between YieldRate Lab and the User will be conducted electronically, preferably through the email provided by the User during registration or via messages within the App.
For any questions, inquiries, or issues, the User can contact YieldRate Lab support through the WhatsApp channel available to all users or by email. The contact address will be indicated in the "Contact" section of the Website or App.
YieldRate Lab commits to responding to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe during the stipulated business hours. Notifications will be considered delivered when they have been sent to the email address provided by the User or posted in the App.

YieldRate Lab commits to responding to all complaints within no more than ten (10) business days from receipt. In cases where necessary, additional information may be requested to analyze the case. The resolutions adopted will be communicated to the User through the same channels through which the complaint was submitted.
The User agrees that all information provided by YieldRate Lab, including betting recommendations, is strictly confidential from the moment of publication until the conclusion of the corresponding sporting event. It is prohibited to:
The User commits to taking all necessary measures to protect confidentiality, such as logging out after use on shared devices. In the event of fraudulent use, unauthorized disclosure, or third-party access, YieldRate Lab reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account immediately and, if applicable, claim damages caused.
These General Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notice included on the Website or App, constitute the complete agreement between YieldRate Lab and the User regarding the use of the service. These documents supersede any previous agreement, whether verbal or written, between the parties regarding the same subject.
If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a competent authority, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid and effective.
YieldRate Lab reserves the right not to strictly enforce any of the provisions on certain occasions, which will not imply a permanent waiver of such provision nor affect the validity of the rest of the contract.
The User expressly agrees that they use the services of YieldRate Lab at their own risk. The User is responsible for any action taken based on the information obtained from the platform, including decisions on whether or not to place a bet, as well as the amount invested. The User agrees to:

If any provision of these General Terms is considered illegal, null, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision will be deemed separable from these terms and will not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.
The declaration of nullity will only affect the clause or part that is invalid or unenforceable, and the rest of the terms will remain in full force, without affecting the validity of the contract as a whole.
YieldRate Lab offers its users a referral program through which they can share a unique link to invite new users to join the platform. When a new user registers through this link and subscribes to a paid plan, both (the referred and the referrer) will receive a 25% discount on their next subscription cycle.
Specific conditions:
To qualify for any guarantee offered by YieldRate Lab regarding the effectiveness of the service, the User must have placed a minimum of 200 bets using the platform.
Only in that case will they be able to request the benefit derived from that guarantee, if it has been previously specified in the promotion or plan contracted.
